We’ve written them to be read without a lawyer, but they are binding, so please read them in full. ## **1. This agreement** In these terms, “we” means Cheevee Health, “the app” means the Cheevee Health app for iPhone, “the service” means the app and this website, and “you” means anyone who uses them. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the service. ## **2. Who can use it** You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 20, you need the consent of a parent or guardian. The app runs on iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, in Thai and English. Some features need data from Apple Watch or other devices that write to Apple Health, and moods need iOS 18 or later. ## **3. The service** Cheevee Health reads the data you allow from Apple Health and turns it into scores and suggestions for recovery, sleep, calm, body and activity, with breathing and body-scan sessions, a journal, cycle tracking and history calendars. Everything is worked out on your iPhone. Features we mark as coming soon, such as accounts, aren’t part of the service until they’re released. ## **4. Not medical advice** Cheevee Health is not a medical device and doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Scores, suggestions and predictions are general wellness information, estimated from your data, and can be wrong. Accuracy depends on your devices and how consistently you wear them. Cycle and fertile-window predictions are estimates and must not be used for contraception. Don’t ignore or delay medical advice because of something in the app. Talk to a doctor about your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (1669 in Thailand). ## **5. Apple Health** The app works with Apple Health, which belongs to Apple. You decide which data the app may read and write, and can change this at any time in iPhone Settings. What the app writes to Apple Health is what you log in it, and stays under your control there. ## **6. Cheevee Plus** We plan to offer Cheevee Plus, a paid subscription with extra features such as full history, deeper insights and all sessions. Until it’s released, every feature in the app is free. When it’s released, the price and what it includes will be shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. ## **7. Acceptable use** Use the service only lawfully and for your own personal use. Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that could harm you or anyone else. ## **8. Our intellectual property** The app, this website, and their design, text, illustrations, name and logo belong to Cheevee Health. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as these terms and the App Store’s rules allow. Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. ## **9. Apple and the App Store** These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn’t responsible for any claims about it. Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple’s terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. ## **10. Availability and changes** We may update the app to add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it working well, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or iOS version. ## **11. Disclaimer of warranties** To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it is fit for a particular purpose or that its results are accurate. ## **12. Limitation of liability** To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. ## **13. Ending** You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the app. We may stop providing the app or the service. These terms keep applying to anything that happened while you used it. ## **14. Changes to these terms** We may update these terms, and the date of the latest change is always shown at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms. ## **15. Governing law** These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If there’s a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. ## **16.
